Let’s Fall in Love
While my husband has made tremendous strides with Guillan Barre Syndrome, he is still recovering. It’s in these strange and sometimes difficult days, that I continue to see God working in our marriage. I’m beyond grateful that we’ve had more time together, time to work on our marriage, and really draw closer to God. I would never wish him ill, but I’m thankful for what God has and continues to do in this time. My husband has made healthier choices in his eating habits, and he’s initiated a Bible study with his co workers. I believe God used GBS to allow these great strides to come to fruition. It’s amazing how God works when we pray and often in the ways we least expect.
To my husband, I’m proud of you. I love you. and I’d say “yes” again today if you proposed.
In an effort to share more work from fellow writers on my site, I have re-blogged this terrific article on Marriage from a fellow writer at Marked Ministry. I hope to share others’ work on my site more often, as Word Press has become a community to me. I’m grateful for the encouragement in my own writing and for the opportunity to read from so many gifts writers. Keep writing, folks. Thanks for checking out this article, and don’t forget to check out the November 2020 issue on Gratitude at MarkedMinistry.com
